Participants fees (B.EN.A members only): 270 Ron/person - or 60 Euro - (includes the volume of the conference, principal meals, hotel for one representative/paper, if needed, in the university hotel or student campus)

Participants fees (for non B.EN.A members): 160 €/person or 720 Ron/person(this includes the volume of the conference, principal meals)

Feeds for submission of the paper to the JEPE journal: 50 €/paper (payed to B.EN.A) for BENA members and 80 € for non- BENA members (paid to BENA )

All the accepted papers in a final, enriched form (according http://www.gen.teithe.gr/~bena/instructions_authors.pdf), might be published, if they are connected with environment protection aspects and after their scientific review, in the Journal of Ecology and Environmental Protection – JEPE, the official B.EN.Apublication (quoted in international database).
