Participants wishing to present contributions as oral or poster presentations are asked to submit strictly a four page proposal =extended abstract= (including an abstract of no more that 300 words) in a Α4 format having 4 pages, as a WORD file. Α margin of 2 cm should be left on the top and bottom and 2.5 cm on both the left and the right sides of the text. The title should be written in Times New Roman Font 14 pt., on the very first line of the page, in bold capital letters. Two lines of 14 pt free following. The authors’ full name (family name first) and affiliation and full address should be given in italics, centred, follow. The name of the presenting/corresponding author should be underlined. The abstract (including 4-5 key words) should be in Times New Roman Font 12 pt, Italic. Full text 12 Font Times New Roman, no intendment. One line 12 pt before and after main chapters’ titles left free. Please accomplish a “spell and grammar check in English Great Britain” for the files on your computer before sending. Max one paper as first author is accepted. Please indicate as first key word the main topics of the proposal. Heading 2, 3, etc. should be bold, left, no intending, before and after one line, 12 pt, numbered, as 1, 1.1, etc. All the document should be followed by references, with correct citation in the body text, indicating the initial, family name for the first author, article/book title, Volume, Conference if the case, printing House, city, year, page. Figures, tables should be centred, with the text 10pt, under or respectively above, numbered in correspondence. Exception for the 4 page rule is granted to the keynote speakers, but no more than 10 pages are possible.
